Hiptex, a text editor with beautiful syntax highlighting for the iPhone/iPod, with Dropbox support.

The custom keyboard gives fast access to common symbols used in programming (braces, brackets, colons and semicolons etc)

Syntax highlighting support is available for for c/c++/objective-c, java, javascript, php, sql, html and xml.

Why? What's the point?

Too often you wish you can make a quick change to your code while you're outside, but you don't really want to carry a laptop around. Maybe you got a quick idea for a class. Or maybe you want a todo list that can highlight itself, but still work in your desktop.

hiptex will let you do that. Open up and start your editor in a second. Do your quick edits while you're waiting in the coffee shop, or in a line. Write down your inspiration the moment you are there. You no longer need to come to the computer to code, the code will now always be there with you. This changes everything.
