The contents is structured by months, which facilitates the parents in easily tracking their child’s development and selecting suitable caresses, plays and bringing up methods. The interface provides an opportunity for marking the achieved results.Active parentThe role of the parents for the mental, emotional and physical development of the child up to the age of 5 years of age is defining. Social habits and bringing up start to form in the first months. Section "Active parent" helps in the selection of appropriate plays and activities that are consistent with the specific age of the child. You will find important instructions and tips corresponding to each month, activities and plays, stimulating the intellectual, motor and emotional development of your child. You will learn to successively apply the appropriate methods for bringing up and how to interact with your growing child.Talk to the Doctor ifRegular consultations with your paediatrician are extremely important for the proper tracing of the child’s development. In Section "Talk to the Doctor if” you will find by months the activities, which acquiring should be monitored. This will help you to properly formulate your questions to your doctor. If you notice that the child cannot cope with some of the skills or is experiencing serious difficulties or is forgetting the already learnt, you may discuss your concerns with your paediatrician.Daily activitiesAs child grows, he or she changes their attitude to the daily activities, carried out together with their parents - bathing, feeding, clothes changing, cradling. In the section on "Daily activities" you will find by months what must be child’s reactions to routine activities and to what extent he or she may involve themselves in these. This makes it possible to trace the mental, emotional and physical development of the child.Co-ordinationYou will notice trials for coordination of child’s movements from the very beginning - for example moving their little hands towards their little mouth. With every passing month the motor ability is changing and coordination is improving. With the aid of this section parents have the opportunity to trace their child’s development by month.Self-expressionIn the different periods of their growth, children give various signals, which shows what they want and how they feel - whether they are happy, hungry, fussy or sleepy. Parents can trace their emotional development by the way in which they express themselves.Social skillsChildren’s social skills are evident from the very first months when they start making merry sounds and observing external noises. Gradually and with the aid of parents, the child begins to communicate with his or her surrounding world, to interact with adults or their peers, to take notice of objects, to show preferences to tastes, odours and plays. In Section "Social skills" parents will receive information about what social skills they should expect and encourage in their child, according to child’s age by months.Application FEIA Child’s Development does not replace the regular visits at child‘s pediatrician. Do not worry if he or she does not perform some of the described activities. Important is the general trend in child‘s development. If the child has not acquired the described skills or you have concerns that she or he does not acquire part of them, consult your paediatrician.
