The Sameday Handling app enables time:matters handling partners to create status updates of Sameday shipments via the smartphone. The data that is entered via the smartphone is automatically forwarded to time:matters’ system. The Sameday Air transport documents (AWB) from now on all have a QR-Code in the top right corner. To access the shipment data, please scan the QR-Code with the Sameday handling app or type in the time:matters order reference manually. The app forwards to all relevant data o
f the shipment(s). You are able to scan the QR-Codes of up to 10 shipments and set the tracking point for a group of shipments at once.Conveniently check the shipments details (reference, pieces, weights) and proceed to the tracking information. After filling out the relevant tracking information (date, time, name of consignor/consignee), a digital signature must be filled out by the consignor/consignee. This digital signature will be illustrated on the CWB and will be sent to you by Mail (if you wish). For any questions or remarks, do not hesitate to contact your time:matters contact.
