You need your eyes on the target of your research as much as possible, and to be distracted as little as possible. Timestamped Field Notes helps you with event recording in the field. Take behavioral observations and/or field notes; time-stamping each entry as you make it. More importantly it a allows you simply tap buttons to record the most commonly recorded events (or most used words), significantly reducing the need for typing. Fallback to the keyboard if and when required. Export your notes in chronological order by e-mail, copying for copy-n-paste, or exporting to cloud storage.
