My name is Jeff Freeman, of A Wedding By Jeff and I would be delighted to assist you in your the planning and or coordination of your wedding. I am from Massachusetts but I travel all throughout the country to assist my clients and am very accustomed to working with the selection of venue, vendors, guest accommodations, transportation needs and managing your entire day plus any pre/post-wedding events. I have been a wedding planner for over 12 years and I feel I have the ability to outline and p

ull things together in a rather detailed manner in which all vendors are working from one reference point in full communication. As your Wedding Planner, I will work closely with you initially to understand your ideas of what a wonderful wedding means to you. From there, I will create a recommended proposal which we can fine-tune it to suit your needs. Once the proposal is approved, and contract signed, I work with you on theme/decor, begin the process of seeking a venue space for your wedding/reception, decor, and other rentals, introducing vendors, review their contracts, floral, your wedding announcements, invitations, and all the time shaping and molding the day-of wedding planner and sharing it with all those involved with the wedding. As your Wedding Day-Of-Coordinator, I will gather information from you to understand your needs. From there, I will create a recommended proposal which we can fine-tune to suit your needs. Once the proposal is approved, and contract signed, I will work with you to start creating the timeline of your wedding day or any pre/post events in a wedding planner. Then introduce myself to all of your vendors creating a single point of reference, share the wedding planner with all those involved with the wedding creating full communications. I will also review all of your vendor contracts and should you need any vendors I will make introductions, make site visits, and create a time-line of events for your day in a wedding planner. I will arrive as early as recommended based upon the needs of the event as well as departure time to properly manage your wedding day. I also have the ability to address your wedding invitation envelopes with your guest names, the creation of your save-the-date cards and also personalize them with your guest names, guest seating cards optionally in full-color designer formats, master guest list, thank you notes and address your thank you note envelopes and address them with your names and addresses, name tags, ceremony pamphlets, and menu cards - all done in-house - I can match your invitation font and color to keep the look consistent.
