Guru Subramanium loved cooking and his dishes have prompted many people to ask for his recipes. Organised as three separate booklets, the cookbook has gathered some of Guruji's recipes as well as recipes from Skanda Vale Hospice and also from the main kitchen at Skanda Vale. The Hospice, which is run by monks and nuns from Skanda Vale with the help of local volunteers, caters for terminally ill patients.All the proceeds from this cookbook go to fund the running of the Hospice.
