There are a number of reasons for having a special name in Islam for God. First of all, the term Allah means, in Arabic, the One and Only universal God, the sole Creator and Sustainer of the heaven and earth. Unfortunately there has been misconcep
tion among many non-Muslims to depict Allah as the ‘God of Muslims’ or ‘God of Arabs’ that leaves an impression that He may not be exactly the same God of other faiths.According to Islam, the term Allah is much more accurate because it is not just expressing a meaning of the One Almighty God; it is also a personal name for the One Almighty God. This is beautiful in a way because when you say Allah you’re invoking the personal name of God and therefore you are establishing a personal relationship with Him. Furthermore, the term Allah, in Arabic, is not subject to plurality and does not lend itself to any gender. For example, in English you can say God and you can also say gods or goddess. When you say Allah in Arabic, there is nothing that is equivalent to [the English term] gods or goddess; nothing whatsoever. This underscores the Oneness (Unity) of God (or tawhid in ArabicTawhid is the pristine essence of Islamic belief and the mainspring of its strength. All other beliefs, laws and commands of Islam stand firm on this foundation. The antithesis of tawhid is association of partners with God (or “shirks” in Arabic). Because in Islam, shirk is the gravest sin that can ever be committed by a human being, Allah forgives all sins other than shirk. He says in the Qur’an: “Allah forgives not associating others with Him; but He forgives whom He pleases other sins than this. One who associates other with Him has strayed far, far away.” [Qur’an 4:116]. Thus, take tawhid away, and there is nothing left of Islam. The nature of God and His relationship to His prophets is not a subject of discussions and debates in Islam, like in other religions. Islam is firm in declaring that there is no deity worthy worshiping except the One Almighty God. He is the Only One Who is Divine and all His prophets (including Jesus peace be upon him) are humans and are not worthy to be worshipped. Islam also maintains that the Almighty God, the sole Creator and Sustainer of the universe, in addition to being the One and Only, His attributes are unique and cannot be shared by any other being. He says in the Qur’an: “Say: He is Allah, the One and the Only. Allah, the Eternal, the Absolute. He begets not nor is He begotten. And there is none comparable to Him.” [Qur’an 112: 1-4] .....) for more go tothe source http://iicoman.omTo watch video on youtube for this app click on this link below :https://youtu.be/0fr0bUqhJyg Visit us on twitter :https//www.twitter.com/android2allKeywords : Names of Allah , name of allah , Allah names , allah names, allahnames, sound,in Arabic, gallery , learn , pronounce , Google play , Arabic language , words , App,Arabic app, edu, education app, muslim, islamic,no internet, easly, simple app,Pronouncing , meaning, without internet,youtube,video,99 Names of Allah: AsmaUlHusna,99 Names of Allah-AsmaUl Husna,99 Names of Allah,99 Names Of Allah HD,Asma al Husna - Allah Names,99 Allah Names with Audio,احفظ أسماء الله الحسنى بسهولة,أسماء الله الحسنى بدون انترنت,أسماء الله الحسنى - شرح مفصل,أسماء الله الحسنى و معانيها,Ninety Nine Names Of Allah,Muslim Pro - Prayer Times, Azan, Quran & Qibla,Famous Islamic Songs,Al-Quran (Free),Muslim Kids Series : Dua,Islamic Kids Songs,Islamic Kids Kalima and Songs,10 Surah for Kids Word By Word,Kids Dua Now - Word By Word,Muslim Kid Games Free,99 Allah Names (Islam),Names of Allah Audio,Step By Step Salah - Namaz.
